The Adult Forensic Psychology Service provides recovery-focused psychological services to mentally disordered offenders across mental health and personality disorder pathways, both within in-patient and community settings.

Who is the service for?
The service is for men and women over the age of 18 who have been assessed as having a mental health problem associated with an identified risk of causing significant harm to others or themselves. We work closely with the Forensic Community Mental Health Teams. The psychology team aim to provide:
– Scaffolding/case management advice
– Assessment for advice on risk planning
– Assessment for a forensic specific intervention. -
How to refer?
Referrals to this service are through specialist mental health services. To make a referral please complete the referral form above.
