The Commercial Lead/Industry Team:
The Commercial Research Lead is responsible for costing and contracting all CNTW research activity that is funded by a commercial company. It is recognised that a prompt and thorough feasibility assessment is paramount to the needs of our industry partners and the Lead works closely with the research delivery team, LCRN, and local PIs to deliver this.
We ensure that legally adequate contractual arrangements are in place and pride ourselves on the diligence of our quality assurance operating procedures.
We can assist industry with:
- Hosting interventional and observational trials
- PIC identification and contracting
- Material Transfer Agreements (MTA’s)
- Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDA’s)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s)
- Rapid connection with highly experienced PI’s
- Facilitating Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) and access to professional forums
- An information request to our Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system
- Connecting with the Clinical Research Network North East and North Cumbria and Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust.
